2. What this website is

At nubotravel.com we sell prepaid data plans for travel, delivered on a digital SIM card (eSIM). Each purchase is governed by the terms of purchase and by the withdrawal and refunds policy, both of which are on this website.

By using the website you accept the rules on this page. If you do not agree with them, do not use it.

3. What you can and cannot do

You can use the website to get information, buy and manage your eSIMs. You are not allowed to:

• Use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or pay with means of payment that are not yours.
• Try to get into other people’s accounts or orders, or try out passwords, order numbers or codes.
• Interfere with how it works, bypass its security measures or introduce harmful software.
• Extract its content in bulk or automatically (catalogue, prices, texts, images), with bots, software or other means, except for search engines that respect what the website tells them.
• Use its content to train or feed artificial intelligence systems, or for text and data mining. We expressly reserve this right, in accordance with Article 67.3 of Spanish Royal Decree-law 24/2021.
• Resell the service or present it as your own without a written agreement with us.

We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules, and claim for any damage they cause us.

4. Your account

To buy you must be of legal age and give true details: your name and an email address that is yours, because that is where we send the eSIM.

Keep your password safe and do not share it. Anything done from your account is taken to have been done by you. If you think someone has got into it, change the password and let us know.

We may close an account because of fraud, misuse of the website or the service, or security risks. Unless it is urgent, we will tell you beforehand by email, giving the reason, and you will be able to complain. Anything you have already bought is governed by the terms of purchase.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, the design, the code, the databases and the NuboTravel trade mark belong to Bivid Telecom SL or are used with the permission of their owners. Third-party trade marks, flags, icons and photographs belong to their owners.

You may view the website and save or print its pages for your personal use. Any other use, and in particular reproducing, distributing or transforming its content for commercial purposes, needs our written permission.

6. Links and third-party services

To pay, you leave this website for the Redsys payment gateway. Its owners are responsible for how it works and for what it does with your data, under their own terms.

If you link to this website, link to its home page or to one of its pages, without suggesting that we have any connection with your site.

7. The website assistant

The website has an assistant that answers questions using artificial intelligence. It is not a person, and it says so when you open it.

Its answers are for guidance and may contain mistakes. The price, what each plan includes and the terms that apply are those shown on the plan page, in the terms of purchase and in your order confirmation.

The assistant does not buy, refund or change anything in your account, and it does not replace our customer service: you can always write to us at hola@bivid.store. Do not type card details or passwords into it.

8. Liability for use of the website

We do our best to make sure the website works well and that its information is correct and up to date, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or to causes beyond our control, and the occasional error. If you spot one, tell us.

Liability for what you buy is as set out in the terms of purchase. Nothing on this page limits the rights the law gives consumers.

9. Governing law and courts

This website is governed by Spanish law. If you use it as a consumer, any dispute will be settled by the courts of your place of residence. If you are not a consumer, by the courts of Lleida.
