Cookie policy
This website only uses the cookies it strictly needs to work. That is why we do not ask your permission when you arrive.

1. What a cookie is
A small file that a website stores in your browser to remember something from one page to the next: for example, what you have in your basket.
2. The ones we use
| Cookie | Whose it is | What it is for | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| nt_sesion | Ours | Remembers what you have in your basket, keeps you signed in to your account and stores your conversation with the assistant. Protects the forms. It is created when you add something to the basket, sign in to your account, submit a form or write to the assistant; if you are only browsing, it is not created. | 30 days |
| __cf_bm, cf_clearance | Cloudflare, the network that protects this website | To tell people apart from the programs that attack the website. They are only set when needed. | From 30 minutes to one day |
All of them are technical: without them the basket, signing in to your account and the protection of the website do not work. The law does not require permission to be asked for this type of cookie.
3. What we do not use
We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, whether our own or third-party, and we do not identify you by the characteristics of your browser. Apart from the cookies above, the only thing stored in your browser is a marker that remembers, while the tab is open, whether you have left the assistant window open: it does not leave your browser and is deleted when you close the tab.
4. When you pay
To pay, you leave this website for the Redsys gateway, which may use its own technical cookies to complete the payment securely.
5. How to remove them
You can delete or block them in your browser settings (in Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, in the privacy section). If you block them, the basket and signing in to your account will not work.
6. Changes
If one day we add cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask your permission before setting them and explain it here.
